The existing site allows the visitors to post free banners.
I will add a link in the top menu that will link the visitors of the site to the script you will build. This is for people who do not have banners or who do not know how to make them.
You will create a very simple solution for them so they can create a banner ain a few easy steps by uploading images, writing text and adding a few effects.
Very minor customization needed. Send me a link to show me an example of what you got. Not looking to wait a week for this. Great for those of you who already have a script like this.
