We require a simple on-line auction style site not dis-similar to Freelancer in function that would perform in the following way. We are Australian mortgage managers and this service is designed to assist finance brokers.
1. All users would need to be approved to login. Approve would need to complete a form that would be submitted for approval. If approved user would receive a confirmation email. There would be 3 types of users that would have different levels of access. Let's call them user A, B and C. User C is simply has browse access.
2. User "A" would login and lodge details of a loan they are seeking assistance with. Their identity would not be shown. That form would go to us for approval and adjustment if necessary before it was posted and made public (seen by all levels) not just users. User "A" could nominate a time frame the loan assistance request would be displayed for.
3. User "B" would could login and offer to assist on any loan request they saw. That completed form offering assistance would be sent to us for approval before it was displayed and a copy sent to user "A".
4. At anytime user "A" could accept an offer to assist from user "B". That acceptance would be sent to us and before the posted service was identified as closed.
On the login page it would also display how many active loans there are and the gross $ value as well has the number of loan assistance offers accepted and their $ value.
That's it in very simple terms. I'd be happy to provide more detailed information to anyone able to do the above.
We would like this to be a VERY slick presentation so that all users have the best experience. Would expect this project to have 2 stages. The first being the initial implementation stage that should allow for adjustments for say at least 14 days post launch, then additional work (additional payments) while we improve it as a result of user feedback.
