Need an experienced web developer to customize salutary corporate theme.

we will keep developing on this theme for the corporate site
Everything must be editable from the theme backend : Absolutely do not break built in theme functionalities.
This will be a long term potion possibly leading to a full time postion with our startup.
Logo, graphics, sys administartion I have others who will take care of it !!
Will pay hourly. Before any work is initiated : I will need an estimate of hrs needed for each itiration / task / issue.
All work will be kept track using redmine.
