Configuring a template on my joomla website

Hello to everyone.

I need some help to configure a specific template for my joomla website. It's : [login to view URL] ; go there and check by yourself. I tried a lot of templates,but something is wrong and they aren't working at all. My website is hosted on a shared account with cirtex corp. The template I need is called yournews and it's already installed or another news - magazine template,because I need such kind of template. In addition,I need to configure easyblog. The site work like this : people can post news and through the blog people's from facebook and twitter can post simultaneously comments related to the news on my site. In other words I would like to create a good interaction between the social networks and my site in a way that my site can keeps a good level of autonomy without allowing Facebook to steal its nature.
