I'm looking for a .Net C# developer to create a website using ASP.Net or ASP.Net MVC 5.
The website will contain a few selected pages from the following template that can be found at:-

The files will be given to the selected coder to integrate into the website.
In addition to the above, there will be a need for the developer to fully integrate ASP.Net Identity (version 2.1 - released August 2014) with a backend SQL Server 2012 database and also implement Account Confirmation and Password Recovery as can be found in the following link http://www.asp.net/identity/overview/features-api/account-confirmation-and-password-recovery-with-aspnet-identity.
There will be a need also to style this information from the template that is integrated into the website, so that it looks similar in the style to the rest of the website.
I am also intereseted in integrating some kind of Forum system into this website as well, that can be viewed by public users, and comments made by registered users. This ideally should be .Net based and SQL Server used for storage of forum data most likely.
If you have had experience ot the above and / or give recommendations on Forum to use then this can be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the project.
