Convert a Template to a Website store

Our company aims to launch a jewellery website within a month’s time and are looking for a web designer who can work with us to help us create and launch our website. Template selected is either on OScommerce or Zen-Cart. Template already has shopping cart and PayPal options so little time would be required to set it up for our specifications. Obviously there will be slight changes to the template we have selected e.g. get rid of things we don’t need or add something extra like stock availability and search optimisation, mobile site.
