Design an Image for a Web Site

We need a talented web designer to create an image for our new site.
The image looks like this:
In the foreground, there is a boy on the left side of the image looking through a large telescope which points upwards and to the right, and a girl on the right looking through a small telescope pointing upwards and to the left. A line or some sort of divider separates foreground from the background (as shown on the sketch). In the background, there is a framed oil painting they are both looking at.
Notes: You do not have to worry about the boy's or the girl's face. A side view with the back of their head and profile is fine, since they are both looking upwards. The image for the photo they are looking at will be provided to the winner.
Experienced and talented designers please! I need it to look really good before I can add it to the web site. Size 1100x600.
