Css Header login project

Hello,

Sorry for my english im French.

I have a website with a member area and i want a new "header" when the member is connect.

We need little popup when you hover elements on the header bloc. ( but the principal is the bloc if you are okay for design the bloc but you can create little box when the user hover element is not a problem )

Now, I have header "[login to view URL]" and i want like "[login to view URL]" ( schema ).

and i want change like the second attach file. You can use "[login to view URL]" for understand what i want.

I need quality and rapidity.
