I need help finishing up a website that I have already started to create I have two phases of the site I need completed(phase 1) is a blog driven website rich in design. I have the overall images/concept/art and some of the function already created. I need someone who can help me finish the code and function as well as create some continued design work under my direction. I also need CMS features installed for management.

This bid is for helping me complete Phase 1. I also have a phase II that I will be looking to outsource at a later time. If you are good and easy to work with, I might award you phase II as well..
