Summary: Our company constructs new buildings and leases space for restaurants, retail, office, medical, fitness and professional services. Most of my tenants are successful small business owners who have existing businesses within 40 miles of my location. I identify a specific type of business to bring into my shopping center, populate a database prospective tenants, then reach out to these prospects numerous times and ways.
Task: Use Google search to collect information. Identify all businesses that fit the Criteria and populate the Google spreadsheet with Phase I information. Once all businesses that fit criteria are identified, proceed to collecting Phase II information.

Criteria:
- Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other Asian restaurant
- Average Google rating of 3.6 stars or more
- Within 40 miles of development location
- No national chains
Duration: Total task time not to exceed 10 hours and should be completed within 3 days. At 5 hours of work, stop and provide progress report via telephone call or email. Additional tasks may be assigned if work is completed in an effective manner.
