BHO for Web browser Control

Hi

I need BHO for web browser control which will allow user to disable downloading of CSS , disable download of images except specified image

I think it can be achieved by [url removed, login to view](v=[url removed, login to view]).aspx

You are open to implement u r own solution , I am willing to use your BHO in .Net Application

The Aim of developing this BHO is to make web automation faster as the HTML form which we need gets load faster its control also get load faster but due to css ,video & images web browser automation gets slow down
