Greetings all,
I am looking for a developer to produce a bookkeeping application for me. It is to maintain client records for my business. I have attached a document called "Accounts project [login to view URL]" to this project that gives a detailed description of the requirements. Please read this document very carefully and make sure you understand it before responding. The database in concept is fairly basic but to have it all running smoothly will require some skill and experience in database development.
Some key information:
1. Database is in Access 2010
2. The interface is to be built in VB.net (2010) as a Winforms application. You will be providing me fully documented project files at completion.
There is no negotiation on these requirements.
In the project description I have outlined milestone payments. I particularly wish to highlight a bonus proposal. The project is broken into 5 stages. Stage 4 will see the project completed while Stage 5 is an opportunity to make the user experience of the project something exceptional. In submitting your bids, please allow for this payment strategy. As you can see there is a substantial budget for this project. If you want the top dollar, you must convince me in your submission that you are worth it.
In submitting a bid, you will need to demonstrate that you have the ability and enthusiasm to complete this project to Stage 5 of my requirements. I will not necessarily be choosing the lowest bidder nor the highest. I will consider your track record. Regardless of whether you are a freelancer veteran or brand new and don't have any feedback or not much - you will need to convince me that you can complete this project. You MUST provide some kind of evidence to convince me you can do this project.
