Create a list of unique names from 2 lists of names (csv) Excel Script ?

I have 2 CSV files containing Peoples FIRST names...

[url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] ( text files attached)

I need a [url removed, login to view] that has just the unique names in [url removed, login to view]

So If files 1 and 2 have the name FRED I am not interested... If file 2 has the name BILLY and this does not appear in list 1 then BILLY should be included in the output list.

So I basically want all the names that are duplicated removed and just left with an output file with unique original names.
