Sound understanding of CSC ideologies, methodologies and procedures including 5 core processes of Change Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , Daily Service Review (DSR), Notification and Escalation, Service Restoration (SRT) (preferred)
Conceptual and practical understanding and Consolidated Console, Automated Operation and Remote Monitoring Ideology and Methodology.
