Conversion of PDF drawings into CAD Drawings and 3D Model

Hello,
The scope of the project includes:
1) conversion of PDF Ship Drawing (General Arrangement) into CAD Drawings
2) Addition of two additional holds at midship section to the CAD Drawing
3) Conversion of Drawing into a 3D Model using SolidWorks
4) Addition of the two additional holds to the model
To be delivered:
2 Drawings (CAD- with and without addition of the extra two holds)
2 Models (with and without addition of two holds)
More details (drawings) will be given once the bidding has ended. I will require test work, before the project is to be awarded.
Able to pay high price if quality of drawings and model are good and delivery is within 3 days of successful bidding.
