We are going to have 2 versions of our software (separate programs). The first version is already finished, and for the second version we want you to add some features to the first version.
These features are:
1)Move "Send Single" and "Send All" from the tools menu to a new menu called "Send".
2)Add A Scramble Feature (Scrambles the list of imported numbers into a random order). Place "Scramble List" in a new menu titled "List Management"
3)Add a feature to Scrub the imported list (Duplicate This feature: [url removed, login to view]) Place "Scrub List" in the "List Management" menu.
The "Scrub List" feature should have an option to select which folder the DNC text files are located in (Titled: "Select Folder That Contains DNC Files") and
the program will scan the imported list against all text files in the selected folder. If a matching number is found in one of the DNC text files
then that number is marked as "Do Not Call" and will not be sent a message. It is extremely important that these numbers marked as do not call
are blocked from being sent messages. I will provide you with a sample DNC text file so you can see the format of the DNC numbers.
4)Add the ability to view and delete sms messages that have been sent to the sim card. Place "Received Messages" in the "Tools" menu.
This feature contains a table that displays each phone number and message (2 columns, "From" and "Message"). Create a checkbox on each row, next to each message and a button that says "Delete All Selected". Also add a "Select All" checkbox / button.
Automatically store received messages on to the computer and delete them from the sim card (in order to bypass the max limit of stored messages)
5)Add a feature that auto replies to received messages which contain specific (adjustable) text. Place "Auto Reply" in the "Tools" menu.
This feature checks the received messages and will auto reply with a message (that the user can adjust, limit to 160 characters and include character count, title "Auto Reply Message")
if the received message contains specific text (which the user can edit and is separated by a comma for multiple word options).
For example the user enters a message that says "Thanks for joining" and sets the criteria [titled "Send Auto Reply if a Message Contains the
Following Text (Separated by a Comma)"] to "Yes, Yeah, OK" then the program will send an auto reply of "Thanks for joining" if a received message contains either
"Yes", "Yeah", or "Ok" (Not case sensitive).
The auto reply messages should have a priority over messages in the send que. For example if the program is sending messages via the "Send All" mode
then the program should check for any new messages while waiting for the delay between messages, and if there are any messages that meet the
criteria for an auto reply then these auto reply messages will have priority and will be sent before continuing to the next number in the
imported list. Use the same amount of delay (in the options menu) for the auto-reply that is used for the send all function. When sending
an auto reply message have the program display the text: "Sending Auto Reply Message" in place of where it says "Waiting for x seconds"
6)After the send all feature completes, have the program automatically create an exported text file on the desktop that contains a list of all
the numbers and the status of each number (Accepted or Failed). Title the text file according to the date and time. ([url removed, login to view] would be Sep 7th 2015 at 8:30 and 22 seconds AM)
7)Change the Program title
8)Change the version number to 2.0 (In the file details and in the "About" section)
9)Replace the green "SMS" icon with the updated blue "SMS" icon
10)Adjust the delay when the program is waiting for a response from the modem (after sending a message)
