Business Contact Manager fix

New computer - windows 8 desktop pc.
Used to use ms outlook 2010 with business contact manager (BCM) on windows vista.
Trying to install BCM on new computer and restore database but getting error messages.
"need to install at least 2005 SQL or make sure the service is running"
Also, the BCM database that I want to use has also created an LDF and MDF file, so not sure how to migrate this.
Needs someone who understands SQL and office. Previous experience with BCM would be advantageous.
