Booking travel for Music Group Travelling in Europe

Attached is a tour I will be performing on later this year.
What I need is:
Hotels for 7 single rooms booked for each night of the tour.
The hotels must be within 10 kms of each venue.
The budget should not exceed 110 GBP per room.
Please provide three of the best options per city.
There is no need to book any accomodation in the greyed out dates.
A spreadsheet detailing distance from the venue to the hotel, and then hotel to the next venue the next day. Please also include estimated time of travel between the cities.
Three different quotes for a Van, seating 9 people, to be picked up on 11/10/2017, dropped off on 20/10/2017. Then another pick up for 25/10/2017, dropped off on 09/11/2017. Please also include these detailed in the above mentioned spreadsheet.
This should be about 3 hours work.
