CEO for the Small Publishing company needed
$25-50 USD / jam
We are looking for a strong leader for CEO position who will be able to run and expand the company along with its founder.
Our company is a fast growing ebook publishing business. We are basically focused on gaming subject but looking to expand in the nearest future.
Currently we are doing 200-300 kUSD in revenue and would like someone help us to increase these figures.
Key job tasks and job description:
1. Create operating plans that support strategic direction
2. Hire, manage, and fire the human resources
3. Manage all business processes
4. Financial planning: developing annual budgets that support operating plans
5. Development of Marketing and PR strategy
6. Develop fund raising strategies
Please describe in details your experience as CEO, education and diplomas and all related information which will help us to consider you as an appropriate candidate for this position.
Knowledge of publishing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
