Completion of Prestashop site and training

Earlier this year I was appointed an O-desk contractor to build my printing website - www.printpackandpost.net. In

Prestashop.

He was meant to take 3 weeks, and unfortunately I had to fire him on Monday,

as the work was only partly completed. This has been a terrible disruption

to my business, as the website was meant to have been ready mid-February.

I need to employ someone to do the following:

Train me to install new products

Train me to add videos etc

Make changes to the web-site when I need them, if this is viable.

Implement pricing strategies, and inputting prices on various products, which will involve matrices of prices.

Create baskets of products etc etc.

SEO of the web-site on an on-going basis - depending on how well this project goes.

And lots more

Due to my experiences that I have had on O-desk (another contractor started

to build my previous site, took my money and disappeared), I have to insist

on the following.

I will pay a very small deposit.

I will break the project up into small steps - Milestones, each milestone will be a small project.

We will agree on a price and a deadline for each step.

If you miss the deadline by 1 minute, I will not pay you for the work, and I will find another contractor.

If you make the deadline, you transfer the work onto my server, and I will pay you immediately.

I apologise for putting these restrictions on the project, however I have had TERRIBLE experiences with O-desk contractors in the past, and this is

the only way I can protect myself, and get my project done on time.

I need this to be done quickly and accurately, but most of all in the time that we agree on.
