We are an Indie based team that plans on expanding on a story with a webcomic, which will lead into a future strategy game online. We are looking for an artist who can do animation and story board writing with a pre-set story and character base. The story is called Alair's Throne, and thus our web developer will work one on one with you when updating the animated webcomic. However, we need it to also be interactive in a sense. Please keep reading to skim through a summary of a future possible contract to collab.
"The artist will receive an upfront amount of payment TBD to begin this contract. The artist will gain 75% profits from all merchandise sold. The artist will also gain a set percentage of all monthly earnings from the game’s shop within the future, however this number will be determined when the game development begins. The web developer will work with the artist after receiving a TBD amount. The web developer will use the artist’s animations and work, inputting it into the website. We are predicting that the artist will need to develop 5 pages each week for around a year, where every other page will need interactive animation. Each page will need the imagery and have the story itself, written in a novel manner. This means the artist must have knowledge in English and speech. The artist will need to have these 5 pages ready for the web developer every Sunday, beginning at a later discussed date.
The head of the project will have the story and sketches of the characters already pre-set up for the artist to work with."
