I have a website ([login to view URL]) which we are a site designed to Showcase available rental property in Chicago, IL. We would like to restrict the "Renter Search" to Subscribers Only. The subscription fee will be $1.00 to view all available listings. There is a Perl script that can be downloaded from PayPal, which is also attached to this mailing. Again, certain folders will need to be restricted, a database may be need as well because once a user Subscribes (by paying the asking fee through PayPal) that userid and password will need to be housed on my local host server ([login to view URL]) so that users can be identified when they returned for the Subscription Period of 30-days. After which they will have to pay again and will be generated a new userid and password.
