ASAP** Minor Oscommerce Customization

We have an immidiate need for some OScommerce customization. I need 2 check boxes added to the checkout process that the user must check or agree to in order to complete thier order. We have special shipping and ordering restrictions that we want the user to acknowlede that they agree to.

We also need a text box added to the main page so our client can write an intro to the site. Located above the featured products. similar to [url removed, login to view]

Last modification needed is just on the product page template itself. I would like to diplay the products horizontally, and not directly next to each other. You can see our test at [url removed, login to view]

This site is still in test mode but the deadline is approaching. Please only bid if you can start imidiatly and have work completed today.
