convert ajax xml to JSONP cross-domain

What we need is to convert a script than work with jquery that get and parse info from XML and displays on the html, BUT we need to do that cross domain.
right now we have working on XML perfectly but only in the same hosting, so for be able to get and parse the info from an different domain WE need to use JSONP instead of XML.
So, we need the code conversion OF ALL SCRIPT to work cross-domain, we know that the script in jquery nees to use JSON with callback, then PHP response in json format and then the jquery do all the next work.
