Development of XML Bridge from CFP Winman to Realtyna Website

We are just beginning development of a website for a client who is a letting agent. We are going to build the website using Joomla 3 and the latest version of the Realtyna real estate software ([url removed, login to view]). The client currently uses some letting agents software in their office called CFP Winman ([url removed, login to view]) and they want any changes made on the CFP system to be reflected on the website. Both systems can work with an XML feed but I have no expertise with this at all. We need someone to build the XML feed for us. We will be able to provide an example XML feed from the CFP system, and full access to the website files. The system must send all the details about the property as well as any property images (which should be reduced to an appropriate size for display.)
As mentioned, i'm not an expert with this so if you need any specific details in order to make a bid, please let me know. I also appreciate that these project details are not very thorough at this stage and understand that any additional information may cause the fee to increase a little.
