Css Layout Changes and 1 New Section(repost)

Site is based on Rayzz which is similar to clipshare. CSS and PHP skill set is necessary. Change Details under thumbnails: There is currently too much space in between the lines and between rows. I'd like this space minimized, star rating made smaller, and FROM info added(I have the code for this). The goal is to squeeze the information better so that more rows can fit on one page. This update needs to be done for Index, videolist and photolist pages. They all have almost identical layouts. Change background Color Of Site: Currently the area to the sides of 1024 are just white and look very plain. I'd like this to be a dark blue. I will need this to affect all pages of the site. New Members table: Currently on the homepage the only tables that exist are Videos, Photos and Games. I'd like a New Members table added that uses the thumbnails from the Memberlists page. This section will only show new members with photos and will divide the girls from the boys via a tab. When copying the thumbnail details from memberlist, it will need to be arranged just as illustrated in the PDF. This table needs to be added to Index(5 rows), viewphoto (4 rows), and viewvideo (3 rows). Update Memberlist Page Details: The details underneath the thumbs needs to be updated and arranged as demonstrated in the illustration. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
