Complete Website. Grungy/Business Look!

Im looking into creating a new website for my company MentinkiZM. Right now the site is [[login to view URL]][1] also see <[login to view URL]> so see what we are about. We are looking for a new layout. Read a little aobut us and you will know what we are looking for.. A Rebel, New Age, Gungy look that is still business orented. Maybe some flash in the header or somthing along those lines. The current site is PHP-Nuke, I DO NOT want the new site to be Php-nuke. We have logo's and all the text we are pretty much just looking for a new layout. no coding or anyhting, just layout. If adding coding with your company is cheap we might have you code the forums and shopping carts as well depending on your pricing.

Also, I will require a mockup of the project. Brand it however you want to make sure it will not be stolen, but I will require to be able to see a sample of what our planned site will look like. You may watermark this mockup or do whatever security measures you want, but know one will be needed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I Thank everyone for their mockups, but Its not realy what we were looking for. We are looking for a lighter (white/red/blue/black/orange) etc.. type theme... Real grungy... Somthing thats hitting.. NEW age. (Girl with slit wrist's in a bathtub) Nothing TOOO overboard (No Nudity/Nasty Stuff) but things that will make people think and get their brains rolling, that kinda touching stuff ..
