Able commerce cost estimation

I need a detailed cost estimation for two tasks.

Tasks are about doing modifications to existing website based on Able Commerce 7.0.0 platform.

## Deliverables

I will provide ftp and frontend access to dev version of the website.

The tasks I need plan for:

1) Adding a checkout feature.

On the ?heckout page (<[url removed, login to view]>), we want a drop-down list with automatically calculated dollar tip amounts:

10% of total (1st in list, selected)

0%

5%

...

100%

It also has to go on a separate line in the receipt and a var in mail templates.

Just like here: [url removed, login to view] (create an order and go to checkout).

2) Integrating a new payment gateway - charge national (actually, an SP hosted checkout service).

In a standard way - nice button in admin, paypal-like functioning.

Plan must include detailed information - file, object, table names, interface description.
