Crowdfunding Wordpress Plugin and PayPal API Changes

Do your skills include Wordpress and PayPal API? This is what you need to do BEFORE quoting. Go to wordpress and download the plugin called CROWDFUNDING into your wordpress site. Activate it and open it up under Settings- Crowdfunding to view API settings. Then open Projects- Create Project. Type a title and a bit of text in the subject. In the right column leave the project settings as they are. Below click reward and add some sample details. Review the page. This should take you about 5 minutes.
I need some changes:
1. To be able to add a Category to the new post
2. The code sending the reward amount to the page doesn't work properly.
3. Add a bar graph showing money raised if you know how (optional- would be nice)
4. This plugin only allows payment into my PayPal account. I must have the payment split with a chained delayed payment. The chained payment will prevent PayPal getting paid twice. I know you can does this with the Adaptive API as I have been in contact with PayPal. I must be able to set the users PayPal account as well as my own in the Settings-Crowdfunding page.
5. I need to believe that you understand the project before I award it.
