Coder needed for wordpress marketplace extension project

Hey All,

I recently opened an e-commerce website to sell digital files to a niche market. My website is currently based on wordpress, using the wp e-commerce plugin.

I am interested in having a custom marketplace functionality developed, which would allow other users to post and sell products of their own on my site via a form on the frontend. Each submitted product would need to be approved by an admin of the site before showing up for sale and the site should take a 10% commission of each sale. PayPal is the method of payment.

Included with your bid, please write a (very) brief description of how you would personally go about accomplishing these goals, and please note that I am not opposed to switching frameworks if you could accomplish this more efficiently using something other than wordpress, but I think my preferred option would be to create a custom plugin that accomplishes this.
