Wordpress site based on three mockups

The objective is:
1) create a new wordpress installation on a debian (possibly Ubuntu) web server
2) select an appropriate high-quality theme that is fully responsive (would properly adjust to all kinds of clients like iPhone, iPad, Android, and various desktop browsers)
3) customize the theme so that it resembles the look of the three mockups attached to this project
4) make sure that the entire site is multi-lingual
Step 1 will actually be the last step. By that I mean that I would like to check the progress of the work on a server of your choice.
When the site is completed you will then install wordpress on my server and install the theme.
And just to make sure that you actually have fully read the objective please start your bid by saying: "Yes, I have".
