Cool Funky Website for Kids

I need a website that will feature a Prize Competition for kids.

The style is simply "classy and cool" together e.g. a sort-of "MySpace meets Hip-Hop" look and feel.

A graphic/logo will be needed aswell. I have a character style & name that I will explain to the winning bidder.

The website will need to let kids send an MMS Message to the website using a Premium text number. (I already have a premium SMS for Text messages facility and will talk to current developers to see what reqd for MMS.)

MMS will be a short video clip. Needs to be accepted and stored in a database with a response message being returned to customer (as receipt). All clips must be date and time stamped.

The website will show a thumbnail and a caption for each clip. The thumbnails shown on the site are selected by ME on an individual basis. They are NOT placed on site in real-time when received via MMS. I need to select the ones I want to be presented on the site - using some kind of console/management tool.

People will vote for their favourite clip via Premium SMS. Therefore, need to cater for simple Text SMS receive/response also.

Need a space on landing page that announces "The Winner is ..." that captures attention immediately. Space for picture, handshake, prize handout, etc.

Need a clean, simple website interface. It must be fresh and funky. Light, not dark, interface.

I retain full, complete and unequivocal rights to all intellectual property and graphic images produced.

All images produced are to be RESCALABLE. Therefore, tools such as Photoshop are preferred.
