Convert Prestashop Theme to Magento

I need a Prestashop theme converted for use in Magento. All elements of theme must be converted. The goal is for the Magento site to look exactly like the current Prestashop theme.
We own the Prestashop theme, but we do NOT have any PSD files. Selected designer will be given zip file with all Prestashop content. You can view the theme at [login to view URL] (the Quantity/Price grids under each product will be driven by tier prices in Magento)
Once theme is ready, we will provide login for installation. I already have Magento installed with all products loaded. Designer should have their own "test site" to show progress and for approval before installation.
I need this done ASAP.
I am on a tight budget for this project - All graphics and such have already been created and the theme just needs to converted. Must be finished by 12/25
