Coder required for PHP rebuild of existing site on new platform

Your task will be to create a new frontend website using PHP, either using an existing CMS or Social network script to allow full integration with my existing data. Payment will be in the form of % ownership of the project (to be arranged). This site will be replicated to form part of a network of sites, each with there own income (for which you will receive a %).
Possible solutions include Socialengine, dolphin, wordpress or a custom solution for a football stats website, with news, shopping and forum
Generic bids will be ignored, post it and it will be deleted and reported as spam
