Changes Reqiured to Wordpress site (Thesis Theme)

I need some changes to an existing wordpress based website using Thesis theme...
Changes required include:
- Changes to CMS integration (currently using wp-wave), including changes to paypal integration etc
- small changes to website banner
- changes to permalink structure (currently set to /page_id=2 format, but cannot be changed simply by using standard wordpress permalink menu)
- user login changes so that once logged in, members go directly to home page
- small changes to navigational menu/links
more detail can be provided upon request. Project needs to be completed within a week.
