Change the design of 2 pages of my website

I want to change the design of the home page( with logos, changing of booking engine-which I have ready, some blocks to be created-news, review etc, featured tours by destinations etc) and one of the page of my travel website.
Also, I need to activate or to close some of the functions. For ex: I want to change the feature tours from new ones to destination ones.
I can provide a model but if you can propose something I'm open.
The script allow the changes I required. If need it, I can give you some instructions.
My developer is missing for a while, that's why I need somebody to do this.
Possible some other changes in the future.
