I am opening a new BB website. I want it to model nearly the same as this:

I would like it be nearly identical for my new domain:

I would like it to have a logo design (super easy)

I like a color scheme that compliments the Green with White Lettering.

I would only like a few of the tabs though.

Job Center (classifieds)

Blogs (like the pharmagather)

I see the other tabs are rarely used, so why put them on. Right? The main concentration is on the boards.

I want people to be able to post anonymously if they choose. You will see why if you explore the boards.

Everybody seems to let their hair down and be real with each other when they are anonymous.

On the front page, I would like the ability to hand-select news from different news articles.

Let me know what you think this would cost. I figured it is pretty simple since the layout has already been done. I mean, I know that there are plenty of hours into it, but I don't think it is a super mental challenge for most of you.

Please provide at least 3 examples of relevant design. If you're website doesn't have a bulletin board system, don't include it. I don't care so much about the graphic design as the board/mySQL.
