Adsense Optimized Wordpress Theme Needed

This is a rather simple project: I need a Adsense Optimized Wordpress theme with my specifications. I will provide you all the information you need, I will even draw the basic layout for you in Photoshop so there is no confusion. I will also tell you what colors and properties to use. You will just need to put together a design for it.
Here's what I need:
-Logo placeholder at top
-(728 x 15) ad box under logo which looks like categories [sitewide]
-(250 x 250) ad box in the upper-left corner [homepage only]
-(160 x 600) image ad box on the right side [sitewide]
- content-embedded ad box (I'm open to suggestions on the size of this) [sitewide except for homepage]
- categories, archives, etc. on right sidebar (to the right of the 160x600 ad) [sidewide]
I have attached an image of a somewhat similar layout so you can get an idea of what I'm talking about. I will tell you which colors to use and where, so this is pretty straight forward to minimize going back and forth on the design. This is a fairly simple project if you are experienced with Adsense and Wordpress design. When bidding, please include estimated delivery time, as well as examples of your relevant work.
