Adobe Flex + PHP (small modifications to existing software)

Hello,

I have an existing Adobe Flex + PHP website it only needs small modification to it (I will provide the source code)

It is a university department website and it is nearly finished except for the following:

1- The ability for a faculty member to be able to upload his pictures through his control panel and it will show in his public profile (the faculty control panel is already implemented and there is a button there called "upload photo" all what you have to do is to add the functionality to that button. The faculty public profile is already there also and it has a place for the picture, all what you have to do is to make the picture object to pull the picture for that faculty member)

2- Showing the list of courses in an already made DataGrid and when a user click on any of them the course description will pop up. Also, in the faculty profile there is another DataGrid for each of the faculty member that I want to show the teaching history of that faculty member in the exact same way except that it will show only the courses that this faculty member has taught. (the database already has the list of courses and the teaching history for each faculty member)

3- Showing the headlines of the department latest news in the home page with the ability to expand when the user click on it to give him the full news
