Create FireFox/Chrome/Internet Explorer add on to redirect URLS from a central server

We have an office of 200 computers, we regularly change locations of our servers so we need to develop a way for our desktop users to automatically be redirected to the proper domain.
Example:
Make [login to view URL] redirect to [login to view URL]
So when users type in [login to view URL], they are redirected to [login to view URL]
The software should work as an extension/plugin for Chrome/IE/FireFox and do the following:
1) A GUI on a master file hosted a server, that the extensions will connect to for the latest rules
2) Master file sets the timing for the extensions to check back for updates
3) Extensions follow rules set by master file (ONLY REDIRECTS IS NEEDED)
The master file will be hosted on our web server, link to master file should be hard coded in the program to not be editable by the end user.
