CGI/PERL Update of UPS shipping cost

We've had a CGI/PERL script running for years calling the UPS [login to view URL] service to get UPS shipping cost for our online CGI order system. A couple months ago UPS dropped the old service and rolled this into their new XML service. Our script stopped working. We need someone to revise/update our PERL script to talk to the new XML UPS service. That's it.

Can give you the existing PERL script and you just have to mod it to talk to the new UPS XML service. For anyone who has dealt with the UPS XML service it should be very easy. We just don't have time to do it ourselves right now, too much doc to read and fiddle with, and original staff programmer is gone.
