Need to develop Flex modules for ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 3.5 using the OTS Esri viewer and the 3.5 API and compatible with ArcGIS Server 10.1. Must provide compiled and uncompiled source code, and FB code must be compatible with FB 4.5 and above.
First is a KML/Shapefile Import/Export module in which user can browse to a KML file, load it, view its attributes and change its symbology. Second is a GPS/Location module that will use a device's GPS to display the devices true location and pan as a user moves.
Must have experience with ArcGIS Server and REST services. Please do not reply if you have under 5 years consecutive years of above. Would like to develop an ongoing relationship with solid developer with a lot of GIS development experience and knowledge of GIS and its concepts and capabilities.
