Application for facebook tab

This will be a facebook application based on a contest in which people will be able to upload their photo and add an image of the mascot ( "Hopper the alien" ) in their picture as well as allowing them to color and add accessories, the winner ( the person with the most "likes" ) will get a prize Here are the specifications, for further details, refer to the powerpoint attached, it will have to look identical as the powerpoint in terms of functionality, language preferred is Javascript but welcoming other ideas, if any. Specs: - User enters application via the application tab - User sees contest information and an “upload picture?? window - Once user uploads picture, he can visualize the picture with Hopper ( The uTest alien character ) as a movable layer on top - User can place and move Hopper anywhere on the picture and then save/approve ( Has to uTest first ) - User can draw or add accessories to the picture to enhance it - When user has saved his picture, a wall post appears on his wall mentioning the new upload - The user with the most facebook “Likes?? wins the contest Qualified applicants only

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
