Dear DB Developer,
We want to create a new warehouse job ticketing system for a new company using the OS Ticket database engine (open source database). We currently have a modified version of OS Ticket (v1.7-RC4) which can be used for the base template. The modified DB already contains some of the features required in this project (this will save time).
The developer will need to:
1 Create a new database from database template provided.
2 Clear the ticket history.
3 Make some modifications to field names. (layout attached)
4 Change and update new company logo
5 Add some cosmetic changes to page layout
6 Add a new consignment/shipping label
6.1 To be added to the body of each ticket
6.2 Consignment/shipping label to have user defined and editable fields.
6.3 Consignment/shipping label to have same tracking number as ticket number.
6.4 Send & Receive label to fit on one A4 sheet of paper. (layout attached)
6.5 Setup a print button to print a consignment label from within a ticket.
7 Add price list schedule to customer DB section
7.1 Price list with drop down menu selection.
7.2 Price list to have default prices.
7.3 Price list to have user defined and editable fields.
7.4 Price list to appear in body of ticket.
8 Create cost sections based of quantity of services selected from price list.
