create a script to download excel to MySQL

I have an EXCEL file with the following structure:

products_id,language_id,products_quantity,Products_model,products_image,products_name,products_description,products_price,products_price_wholesaler,products_date_added,products_last_modified,products_date_available,products_weight,products_status,products_tax_class_id,manufacturers_id,products_ordered,Product_category (file too big to be uploaded)

that has to be imported into 3 tables located on my hosting site.
