I need you to create a website regarding a topic of your choosing. You must research this niche and create keywords that will help create ad revenue and attract the appropriate audience to the site.
You must create the site along with enough unique copy free posts to last for a year (52 posts at 1 a week). The site must be fully functional and live and generate the desired cash flow on a daily basis with no intervention.
You are to use only legal white hat methods that are within the hosts and Googles TOS.
The site can be anything you desire as long as it falls withing these terms and generates revenue.
Traffic must be real, no bots, automated traffic, or traffic buying. No illegal methods
The site must continue to generate the at least $10 for a year, payment will be withheld until this pattern has be shown for a month.
All copyrights to the content and the site will be given over to me.
Must contain relevant images and optimzied Adsense
Must have Google Analytics installed.
No partial payments, milestones, etc. payment will be made when the terms have been met and Google payment has been made after 30 days.
I'd also be interested to know how you created the traffic after the project has been completed.
