Create pdf from mysql data

I have a 3 page pdf with some data (not scanned - data can be selected) - contains a logo
I want to be able to re-create this pdf with substitute data from mysql
once pdf gets created it should be saved to a dir as filename [login to view URL]
I should be able to specify for which db id i want
eg
create_pdf 7 or 7012 or all
