Cityvibe Like Listing

I want a database driven Website very similar to Cityvibes listing by category. With simple forms to enter information and display the output in the same way as Cityvibe. Broken down into categorys using cgi php or asp. It needs to be simple and effective. Displaying the output in clean html Xml using CSS Style sheets. Example: Main category Sub Categorys then individual listings followed by a frame opening for the selected sub category.
