Bug fix and already set up Paypal to PHP database management system

Currently my payment system (PayPal) will add a member to my PHP database, and is supposed to manage the length of the subscription based on the package members have chosen, ie two week trial and auto renewed at a monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly.
It is kind of doing this, but it has so many bugs in the system I'm starting to lose track, either adding a member, but not for any subscription package, or adding them for the wrong amount of time, or adding them and then closing the membership when they haven't cancelled, or even worse not even adding them to the database.
It's affecting my customer service and has become an issue.
I need someone who can go through my parameters for what I want to happen when peoples subscribe to my website, and then apply which will get rid of all the issues and horrible bugs.#
Please only apply if you are good at fixing these kind of issues, you speak good English & understand it well, but most importantly you are an expert in this field with getting PayPal to communicate with PHP. Additionally my site is set up to record Affiliate sales, so it is important this is not messed with in the process.
I need this fixing within a few days, and payment will be once the bug fix has been checked. I can securer a milestone no problem, but I need to see you can do the job first.
