calendar scheduling app

Have a calendar app which i like either enhanced or recoded

needs to be able to have mult calenders where the main person can allow others access. schedule time showing what time is taken up in total, schedule is recurring eithor bi-weekly, once a month certain days. Have a calender that works for a single person in php. Like to also add the ability to select certain holidays that can be scheduled out using eithor a function or class to determine date. reporting engine and history of when the changes were made and by who.

The application should also have the ability to schedule a journal and event as well.
